Lucy Trower

Lucy has been supporting the RNLI for many years. In 1990 Lucy joined the Faringdon and District RNLI branch. Lucy served as a committee member for many years and organised the 'Door-to-door' collections in 7 of the surrounding villages.

In 2007 Lucy joined Penlee Branch, helping with fundraising, supporting events, helping in the RNLI shop and also as a Branch committee member.

Mary Woolridge

Mary has been a fundraising supporter of the Penlee Branch since 2001. Mary volunteers in the RNLI shop and also runs the book stall at our fundraising events.

Mary is always on the lookout for good quality second hand books and jigsaw puzzles, so if you have any to donate and are attending one of our events, Mary will gladly receive them.

Mary is one of our quickest volunteers - if it starts to rain she springs into action and gets the plastic covers out to protect our treasured books!

Marilyn Baker

Marilyn joined the Penlee Fundraising team in 2011.

Marilyn helps out in the RNLI Shop, supports our fundraising events and also collection days.

Jean Curtis

Jean joined joined the Penlee Fundraising team in 2012.

Jean helps out with our Fundraising, supporting different events and also volunteers in the RNLI shop in Penzance.

Sue Wallis

Sue has been helping out since 2009. Sue volunteers in the RNLI shop in Penzance, attends fundraising events and collecting.

Sue is also a Branch committee member.

Peter Harris

Peter has been a volunteer at Penlee since 1989 serving on the men's branch committee until the committee and Ladies Guild amalgamated.

Peter helps out with fundraising events and is often seen with a collecting box.

Peter is also the husband of Liz our Branch Treasurer and helps Liz out with the accounting for the branch, often carrying heavy quantities of coins into the bank for her!

Marilyn Bryer

Marilyn has been a fundraising volunteer since 1995. Marilyn helps out in the shop and supports fundraising events.

Marilyn has a proud historic connection with the RNLI, her father, Tom Tregenza was a volunteer crew member at Penlee for many years, so Marilyn carries on her family association with Penlee.

Annaliese Male

Annaliese has been a Penlee volunteer since 2004.

Annaliese volunteers in the RNLI shop, fetes, coffee mornings, events and collecting. She is also a Committee member.

Ros Blewett

Ros has volunteered at Penlee since 2010. Ros helps out in the RNLI shop in Penzance and supports our fundraising events.

The Blewett family have been connected with the Penlee Lifeboat since the Penlee slipway was built in 1911. Indeed they have been coxswains, Crew and volunteers, so we are thrilled to have another Blewett associated with the Penlee Branch.

Mike Lee

Mike has been involved as a volunteer in the RNLI Shop in Penzance since 2011.

Mike also helps out at our fundraising events and shop/store collections.

Francesca is a fundraising volunteer and has been involved with Penlee since early 2014.

Mary Pentreath

Mary has been supporting the RNLI since 1988, although her interest is life-long as her uncle was Coxswain at Fowey between 1935 and 1959.

Mary helps out volunteering in the shop and supporting our fundraising activities. Mary has spent many years organising the marvellous cake stalls that we have at our functions, including baking vast numbers of them herself!

Mick and Margaret French

Mick and Margaret French are RNLI fundraising volunteers. They support many RNLI branches throughout the country, but in particular they have been great supporters of Penlee.

They both travel around showing their amazing display of model lifeboats collecting for the RNLI and also supporting events such as the Penlee open days.
